It is a herbal mixture made with herbs such as Allium sativum, Xylopia aromatica, Tetrapleure tetraptera, Ficus carica, Nauclea latifolia, Sterculia urens and Combretum miscrantnum. It is widely used for skin rashes, particularly in measles and chickenpox. It is not known to be safe in pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children under 6 years of age.
