It is used for treating high blood pressure (hypertension) in adult patients. It contains two active ingredients: candesartan cilexetil and hydrochlorothiazide. These work together to lower your blood pressure. Candesartan cilexetil belongs to a group of medicines called angiotensin II receptor antagonists.
